How do I place an order?

 

To place an order, you may click on the Add to Cart button located near the product you wish to purchase.

 

When all items desired for purchase have been added to the shopping cart, you may click on the Shopping Cart link located near the top of the right hand side of the page. The shopping cart provides you with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.

 

From your shopping cart, you may edit or even add/delete the quantity of each product you wish to buy. Also contained within the shopping cart page is a picture of the product itself along with the title and model number, item's price, subtotal, discount amount (if applicable), estimated shipping cost, estimated delivery time and your order's subtotal.

 

Should you choose not to make the purchase at this moment, your items will stay in the shopping cart for 30 minutes. If you wish to save your cart to make the purchase at a later time, just click on Save Cart. Your cart will be saved for 30 days.

 

By clicking on Secured Checkout you will then be taken through our easy 3-step, 100% secured checkout process encrypted by the class="LinkRed">Comodo® SSL Certificate.  For more information, visit our Privacy & Security Section.

 

During checkout, your order is confirmed and you are billed, setting forth the process that gets the product fulfilled and ultimately shipped to your desired location.

 

 

When you have successfully completed your order, an Order Confirmation screen appears containing your order number, shipping and billing address, billing information (including the last four digits of your card), the products that were purchased and a total charge. An email confirming the transaction will be sent to the email address that you specified during checkout.

What if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery time frame?

 

Sometimes, due to an entry error or incorrect address format, packages come back to us as undeliverable. If you have not received your order within the time frame above, or a message from us, please call 04 818 9026

What do I do if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?

 

If you receive your order and it is damaged by the delivery company, refuse delivery (if possible) and call 04 818 9026

Why do "Next Day" or "2nd Day" deliveries sometimes take longer than that to arrive?

 

Orders sent via "Next Day" and "2nd Day" are delivered to you on the next business day or 2nd business day from the day they are shipped. Orders are shipped during business days only - we do not ship during Fridays or holidays. Carriers only deliver during business days as well.

 

Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping companies have picked up their last shipment, is one factor that can affect shipping time. Also, due to the nature of items in the order, some orders may take longer to put together, pack and ship than others.

 

As a rule, you can expect orders shipped "Next Day" to take 1 - 2 days to arrive, and orders shipped "2nd Day" to arrive within 2-3 days.

How do I redeem a coupon?

 

Periodically, MosquitoMagnet.ae may run percentage (%) discount promotions, AED off discount promotions and shipping promotions that require you to enter a coupon code.

 

To redeem your coupon, just enter the coupon code at the promotional code section of the shopping cart. The discount will automatically display after you enter the coupon code.

 

Coupons cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Do I have to pay taxes for my order?

 

Norbury General Trading LLC has already paid all import duties and customs charges to the UAE. The price to see, is the price you pay.

Why am I being told an item is Coming Soon or On Back order?

 

Norbury LLC orders all Mosquito Magnet Traps and accessories from Woodstream Corporation in USA. We hold stock in Dubai for immediate despatch to you.



During peak periods, such as beginning of Autumn demand is high and from time to time we may run out of stock before the next shipment from the USA is due in.


You will still not be able to add it to your cart or pay, but you can contact us to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

 Can I Return an Order if I don't Like The Product ?

 Yes you can. Certain Conditions will apply. Please refer to the Returns section for the RGA procedure for you to follow.

We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy for products that you purchase directly from the MosquitoMagnet.ae website.



a) If the product is unused, and in its originol packaging material we will give you a full refund. To qualify, you must arrange collection of the prouct within 14 days of purchase date, following the Return Proceedure below.


b) If within 14 days the product has been used, but still in its originol condition and packaging material, we will offer you a full credit note which can be used for other online purchases with mosquitomagnet.ae. You should call us on 04 8189026 (alternatively 050 226 6731) so we can arrange collection. For us to collect the Trap, you must return the prouct within 14 days of purchase date following the Return Proceedure below.


Any refund of any transaction's amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.


In some cases, the return courier fee and a small re-stocking fee may be charged. We can only pay for shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:

  • We sent the incorrect item(s)
  • Item(s) arrived damaged
  • Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect

 

Returned products should be placed by you in their original condition and packaging, have the completed RGA details attached, and made ready for the courier to collect. The return address is Norbury General Trading LLC,  Office 207, The Bridge Tower, Dubai Sports City, Dubai.  Specific items may have additional warranty limitations.
